Questions, answered straight.

If what you need isn't here, call or email — a real person will answer you.

Custom & commissions

With a conversation, not a catalogue. Call or email us with the idea — a rough description, a photo you've saved, an old piece you want reworked. We'll talk through what's possible, then move to sketches and a 3D model so you can see the design before it exists.

Yes, and it's one of the things we do most. Inherited stones are fully inspected and graded for quality, then reset into a new design. Old gold can be reclaimed and credited toward the build, which often makes a custom piece far more affordable than people expect.

No. Build your piece, build your price — the design flexes to the budget you set. Tell us the number you're comfortable with and we'll show you honestly what's achievable at it, and what changes if you move it up or down.

It depends on the design, the stones and how much hand-work is involved — a simple band and a fully engraved, multi-stone commission are not the same job. We confirm a realistic timeline in writing along with your quote, before you commit, so you're never left guessing.

Yes. On custom work we model the piece in 3D and share renders for approval. Nothing is cut, cast or set until you've signed off on the design and the price.

Repairs & restoration

Most of our repair and restoration work comes in from elsewhere. Send photos and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth doing, what it will take and what it will cost.

Not if it's done with judgement. We stabilise what's fragile, replace only what genuinely has to go, and preserve the patina and hand-work that make an old piece read as old. We'll always tell you where the line is before we cross it.

That's exactly what repurposing is. We reclaim the gold and the gems from a piece sitting unworn in a drawer and build something that fits your life — sometimes several smaller pieces out of one heavy one.

Usually. We source replacement stones matched on cut, colour and size so the repair doesn't announce itself. If an exact match isn't realistic, we'll say so rather than fit something that looks wrong.

Exclusive Design collections

Each collection has a fixed edition size, agreed before production. Once the limit has been reached, the collection is discontinued forever. It's never reissued, which is what protects its rarity and its value.

Yes. Every piece is still made to order, so metal, stones and sizing are chosen by you within the design's specification. No two leave the bench identical.

You bring the concept and keep the authorship. We handle the modelling, the metal, the stones and the bench work, and you earn a share of every piece sold in the run. Your name stays on the collection.

By phone or email. Special orders are placed with a person so we can walk through the specification properly rather than guessing from a dropdown menu.

Payment & delivery

Fully insured and tracked, then placed securely in your hands — we treat the handover as the last step of the build, not an afterthought. Local clients are welcome to collect in person.

Yes. Plenty of our custom work is arranged remotely — photos, calls and 3D renders do most of the heavy lifting — and the finished piece ships insured.

You'll get a written quote before any work starts, and we'll confirm the payment schedule with it. There are no surprise charges added after the fact.

Tell us. The point of the design-approval stage is that there shouldn't be surprises, but if a piece isn't right we want to hear about it and put it right.

Still wondering

No scripts and no call centre — you'll be talking to the people who'd be making the piece.
