Fixed properly,

Most "quick fixes" fail because the underlying wear was never addressed. We repair to the standard the piece was originally built to, so you're not back in six months.

02 — Restore
Bring it back without
erasing its age.
Antique and inherited pieces need judgement, not just a polishing wheel. We stabilise what's fragile, replace only what has to go, and keep the patina and hand work that reads as well loved.
- Assessment first — what's original, what's been replaced, what's at risk
- Structural repair to worn settings, hinges, pins and catches
- Sympathetic stone replacement, matched by cut and colour
- Careful cleaning that keeps the character intact

03 — Repurpose
The best raw material
is already yours.
An unworn ring in a drawer is gold and gemstones sitting idle. We reclaim both and build something you'll actually put on — often for far less than starting from scratch.
- Stones removed, fully inspected and graded for quality
- Old gold reclaimed and credited toward the new piece

04 — Redefine

your name on it.
Full custom design. We start with a consultation — not a catalogue — then sketch, model it in 3D so you can see it before it exists, and hand-craft the approved design.
- Engagement rings, wedding bands and anniversary pieces
- Signature pendants, cuffs, earrings and men's rings
- 3D renders for approval before any metal is cut

Consultation
Call, email or send photos. We talk through what you have, what you want, and what's realistic for your budget.
Design & quote
Sketches and 3D renders where the work calls for it, with a written price. Nothing moves forward until you sign off.
The bench
Metal is cut, stones are set, surfaces are finished by hand. We send progress photos on custom work.
Delivery
A final inspection, then fully insured delivery — or collected in person if you'd rather see it handed over.

Yes — most of our repair and restoration work comes in from elsewhere. Send photos and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth doing and what it will take.
Absolutely, and it's one of the things we do most. Inherited stones can be reset into a new design, and old gold can be reclaimed and credited toward the build.
It depends entirely on the design, the stones and how much hand-work is involved. We confirm a realistic timeline in writing with your quote — before you commit — so you're never guessing.
